In an interview with SR while promoting ‘Supergirl’, Momoa was asked which DC characters he would want to star with in the DCU. Without hesitation, the actor mentioned Wonder Woman, a response that immediately caught attention, given the ongoing rumors linking Arjona to the iconic Amazon warrior.

The conversation really heated up when the interviewer mentioned Arjona. Instead of turning a blind eye to the rumors, Momoa reacted with a smile and said, “She’s hot”. It wasn’t a confirmation by any means, but it also wasn’t the firm denial some fans expected.

The confusion has plagued the discussion for months, particularly Arjona’s name, which has been floating around in DC casting rumors. To top it off, the major entertainment sites have been giving conflicting reports about Arjona’s involvement in the DCU.

Some outlets are saying she could be playing Maxima, others say there’s still confusion. Previously, DC Studios co-head James Gunn said that Wonder Woman won’t be appearing in the upcoming ‘Man of Tomorrow’. But that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating.

Until DC Studios makes an official announcement, the mystery surrounding Wonder Woman’s casting will continue. Following Momoa’s latest comments, fans will be paying more attention to Adria Arjona’s actions than ever before.
