With the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser at Walt Disney World, fans of the Star Wars saga may vacation in a galaxy far, far away. This is not at all like the kind of hotel where you would typically unwind after a tiring day at the theme park.
The Galactic Cruiser, which is part of the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, is referred to as a “first-of-its-kind holiday experience” that enables visitors to create their own Star Wars tale. The Florida-based hotel is every Star Wars fan’s dream. So how much does it cost?

All About The Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser
On March 1, 2022, the 50th-anniversary celebration at Walt Disney World Resort officially kicked off. That’s when the Star Wars Intergalactic Starcruiser premiered. Every vacation package includes a two-day, two-night stay. Visitors are only permitted to remain for two nights.
Hundred rooms and suites with views of space are available aboard the Halcyon Starcruiser, including the Standard Cabin (which seats 4–5 passengers), Galaxy Class Suite (which beds 4 passengers), and Grand Captain Suite (which sleeps 8 passengers).
In addition to meals (excluding alcoholic and specialty beverages), admission to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and the rest of Disney’s Hollywood Studios, valet parking, and the chance for guests to live their Star Wars story through missions, activities, and exclusive experiences, every vacation package includes a two-night stay in a cabin or suite.

Visitors will be able to engage with both new and well-known Star Wars characters and join them on missions. Additionally, while there, visitors can participate in lightsaber and bridge training as well as a planet excursion to Batuu, where “missions throughout Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge—including your adventures on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run—will influence events back on the ship,” according to Disney.
Wendy Anderson, executive creative director of Disney live entertainment, disclosed that they had “hired some of the greatest in the galaxy“ for entertainment during a Disney Imagineers roundtable discussion. There will be a live show and some fantastic music during night one’s seated meal, according to Anderson. Aliens will be performing for the audience as well.

What Is The Cost For The Disney Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser?
As a result of the Galactic Starcruiser’s three various room arrangements, rates may vary. They include the following:
- Standard Cabin (1 queen bed, 2 bunks, and 1 wall pull-down bed)
- Galaxy Class Suite (1 queen bed and 2 wall pull-down beds)
- Grand Captain Suite (2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds, and 2 wall pull-down beds)
Disney has given some approximations for the two-night stays for three different combinations of people on the Galactic Starcruiser website. These are approximately priced as follows:
- Two guests per cabin
$1,209 per guest per night (or $4,809 voyage total) - Three guests per cabin (2 adults, 1 child)
$889 per guest per night (or $5,299 voyage total) - Four guests per cabin (3 adults, 1 child)
$749 per guest per night (or $5,999 voyage total)
Therefore, if you intend to go in a group, you need to budget at least $5,000 for the trip itself. Well, for some folks, it could be a reasonable price. Or paying thousands of dollars for a Star Wars hotel would come as a shock to some people.
Disney, on the other hand, barely makes skimpy price deals. But one thing about Disney is they offer you value for money. Therefore, Disney will ensure that every dollar you spend on a trip—even if it’s hundreds of dollars—is worthwhile.
