Britney Spears has been going spearhead in a legal battle with her father Jamie Spears. After her conservatorship ended last year, the pop star has been trying to settle the case.
But a new revelation involves her mother Lynne Spears in this case. Britney has shared screenshots of private messages sent to her mother during the 2019 stay at a mental health facility. The messages reveal the pop star’s frustration with her mother over the conservatorship.

Britney Spears Reveals Text She Sent To Her Mother
On Tuesday, the 40-year-old pop star lashed out at her mother publicly via social media. She shared screenshots of the messages she had sent to Lynn while she was staying at a mental health facility in 2019.
In a series of statements filled with rage and frustration, Britney alleged that her mother would “hide coffee” from her, “put away” family pictures that she featured in and used her beach house, despite the singer being unable to “have the keys” to her own car.

Britney also claimed her mother told everyone she was in “3 AA meetings a week” despite hating alcohol. She then wrote, “Play the responsible parent and go to church in Louisiana. It’s a joke!!! You all ruined it for me.”
The pop star also stated, “I don’t even remember getting a text from you.” She also claimed that her conservatorship was planned for two weeks without her knowledge and that her mother was also involved in it.
Earlier she had posted and then deleted screenshots of text messages she sent her mother, friend, and former lawyer after being forced into the mental health facility. Britney claimed that she was given Seroquel which is an antipsychotic medication that treats schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Lynne also took credit for ending the conservatorship last year and said that “the status quo would have continued” if not for her “relentless advocacy” for her daughter.
Britney’s Father Jamie Ordered To Be Deposed In Conservatorship Case
A few weeks ago, Britney’s father Jamie Spears was ordered to sit for a deposition and produce all the documents related to the conservatorship case. He will be deposited in Los Angeles, California in the next 30 days.
Judge Penny (the same judge who had terminated the conservatorship) has ordered Jamie to show documents related to electronic surveillance. It is in response to the allegations that he had hired a security firm to put his pop star daughter under surveillance throughout her conservatorship.
Britney has alleged that he was monitoring her phone and bugging her bedroom to record her private conversations with others.
The order can be seen in favor of the “Till the World Ends” singer whose nearly a decade-long conservatorship came to an end last year in November.
