Harry Styles Does A Shoey In Australia
Harry Styles has made a name for himself in the field of music. The former ‘One Direction‘ member has been enjoying massive success as a solo performer since the band went on a hiatus.
According to Billboard, the ‘Fine Line‘ singer did a show in Perth, Australia on Monday as a part of his Love On Tour. During this, he did something quite weird. Styles drank alcohol from his own shoe while the audience cheered.
This is an Australian tradition called shoey where a person drinks from their shoe. “Does anybody have a drink that they wouldn’t mind lending?” Styles asked the audience. “Can we do a shoey with water or is that against the rules? No?”
He then went on to say, “This is one of the most disgusting traditions,” and drank from his shoe. The audience quickly erupted in cheers. “I feel like a different person“, the singer joked.

After drinking from his Adidas x Gucci shoe, the ‘Don’t Worry Darling‘ actor said a few words about the experience. “I feel ashamed of myself. It feels so personal. Such an intimate moment to be shared with so many people,” he said.
Styles said that he will be discussing this incident with his “therapist at length. At length.” While most people enjoyed seeing this, a lot of people had mixed reactions to this tradition started by Formula 1 driver Daniel Ricciardo.
