Recently, several media outlets reported that the Grammy Award-winning singer has been addicted to caffeine and is consuming them frequently, Spears took to her social media handle to talk about these reports. She stated that she does whatever makes her feel alive.

Britney Spears Opens Up About Caffeine Dependency
Britney Spears has hit back at some claims suggesting that she has been consuming a lot of coffee and energy drinks lately. On Thursday, she shared her picture on Instagram and wrote an explanatory caption.
“My mind gets busy and sometimes that can be an easy target to mess with“, she wrote. “Anyways, I’m sticking to watermelon juice, which is the weirdest thing ever but I was told for years I can’t have coffee and now that I can it’s my pride … I can’t even look at it !!!”
She said that green tea is her “prized possession,” while also clarifying that she doesn’t drink Red Bull as “it is absolutely the worst drink ever.”
Spears concluded the post by writing, “I may be a loser but I do what makes me feel most alive and gives me interest but I don’t like people in media bullying me and saying hateful things.”

Spears’ Memoir Is Put On Hold
Earlier this month, it was reported that the ‘Toxic‘ singer has finished writing her yet-to-be-titled tell-all memoir. But the autobiography has been put on hold due to some legal complications.
In her book, Spears has written about her flings which have not been made public. Two stars, who have been mentioned in the book, have sent letters to its publisher Simon & Schuster.
“Strongly worded legal letters have been sent to the publishers by people who know Britney and who fear what she has written,” a source said about the stars who don’t want the information to go public.
