When Brad Pitt Talked About His Divorce With Jennifer Aniston
Pitt and Aniston met in 1998 and tied the knot in 2000. The ‘Friends‘ star filed for divorce in 2005 amid rumors that Pitt was having an affair with Angelina Jolie at that time.
In 2011, he opened up about his time with his ex-wife. “I wasn’t living an interesting life myself. I think that my marriage had something to do with it. Trying to pretend the marriage was something that it wasn’t, he said.
The ‘Bullet Train‘ star later went on to say that his marriage with Jolie “satisfied” him. He received a lot of heat for this comment and eventually had to give an explanation.
Jen (Jennifer) is an incredibly giving, loving, and hilarious woman who remains my friend. It is an important relationship I value greatly,” he said. “The point I was trying to make is not that Jen was dull, but that I was becoming dull to myself, and that, I am responsible for.” The two have remained good friends since their divorce.

Aniston Addressed The Pregnancy Rumors When She Was Married To Pitt
Right after the two parted ways, the media and Pitt’s fans started saying that he left her because she couldn’t give birth to a child. Recently, Anniston put a stop to these years-long rumors.
“I was trying to get pregnant. It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road,” she said. She also said the media’s “narrative that I was just selfish and just cared about my career”.
“I just cared about my career. And God forbid a woman is successful and doesn’t have a child. And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage, was because I wouldn’t give him a kid.”
Aniston explained, “It was absolute lies. I don’t have anything to hide at this point.” Her comments have been appreciated by fans and celebrities.
