Olivia Wilde started dating Jason Sudeikis in 2011 and the two got engaged in 2013. They share two children, a son, and a daughter. However, they parted ways in November 2020.
On Thursday, the ‘Booksmart‘ director filed a declaration with the Los Angeles Superior Court stating her financial details. She stated that the legal costs of the long custody battle have pushed her into debt.
“While Jason can afford to spin his wheels with filing after filing, Olivia cannot,” her attorney said before the hearing. “Jason seems intent on throwing whatever he can against the wall to see what will stick, and this Request for Order seeking a stay of the California Parentage action is just the latest example,” they added.
A judge had earlier ruled that the custody war should take place in California and not in New York. They also told Sudeikis to not resort to “trickery” to get his children’s custody.

At the last year’s CinemaCon event, Wilde was presenting the trailer of her second directorial venture ‘Don’t Worry Darling‘, starring Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, and Chris Pine.
