Tom Brady is giving fans a look at a weekend family moment, sharing a video of himself playing volleyball with his daughter Vivian during a nighttime practice session posted on Instagram on April 20.
The former NFL quarterback appeared alongside his 13-year-old daughter as the pair worked as hitting partners outdoors. Brady described the session in the caption and highlighted Vivian’s enthusiasm for training.
He wrote, “Saturday nights with my future Olympian,” he wrote in his post. “I think I finally found someone who likes practice more than I did 😂.”
The video shows the two practicing volleyball drills at night, with the 7-time NFL kingpin shirtless during the session and Vivian wearing a short-sleeved top and shorts. A dog briefly appears in the clip as they continue their practice.

He addressed public perceptions about his diet and said his household life includes normal family meals and celebrations. The 48-year-old said, “I make Nutella pancakes for my kids. When we were over in Milan for the Olympics, we were eating Nutella pizzas.”
He added that his routine has become more flexible as a parent of three teenagers. “I think it’s moderation in all things, and I think there’s probably been, people have gone kinda overboard with the rigidity of my lifestyle or diet,” Brady said.
The NFL legend further added, “I have kids, and I have Halloweens and birthday parties, and we’re like a normal family, so I try to make really healthy choices as often as possible.
