‘Fast & Furious‘ is one of the longest and most financially successful franchises in Hollywood’s history. The franchise, which consists of films and short films, has expanded to merchandise, toys, video games, and theme park attractions. The films in the franchise are mostly about car races and heists.
In 2001, the first film was released and its success led to several films being produced. The follow-up entries got bigger and better over the years. With ‘Fast X‘ set to release in May this year, it is important to find out which film is going to put an end to this long franchise.

‘Fast 11’ To End The ‘Fast & Furious’ Franchise
The ‘Fast & Furious‘ franchise will reach its epic conclusion with its 11th film, tentatively titled ‘Fast 11.’ The film will be directed by Louis Leterrier, who has earlier helmed films like ‘Now You See Me’ and ‘Transporter.’
He is also the director of ‘Fast X‘, the penultimate film of the franchise. After more than two decades of a successful run, the makers and the lead cast decided to end the story on a strong note.
Reports of the franchise coming to an end first surfaced in 2013 when Paul Walker, one of the franchise’ lead actors, died. However, his character was digitally recreated and the story continued.
But now it seems that everyone has realized that it’s better to end the story while the engine is running. The strong box-office results of the entries say that people love this franchise, but every great story deserves a great ending.
