Spears fought in the court to suspend her conservatorship from her father and won the case. In the years under the conservatorship, she was subjected to mental and substance abuse. Why Didn’t Kevin Help Britney Spears?
In ’60 Minutes Australia Interview’, Kevin Federline revealed that he was mortified for her. He was a backup dancer for Britney and they both started dating each other and then married. They have two sons together and they got divorced after two years of marriage. He later went on to gain 70/30 custody of their sons from Britney.
He claimed that he did not get involved in the conservatorship nuance unlike her current husband because he was focusing on protecting their kids during the tumultuous time. “The boys, the boys, the boys. I had to worry about them,” the former husband of Spears proclaimed.

Why Aren’t Britney‘s Kids Meeting Their Mother?
Kevin also told in the interview that his sons did not attend Britney and Asghari’s marriage. He revealed that their sons decided not to see her and the reason was because of the type of photos she posts on Instagram, which are often nude.
Britney fired back at these claims on Instagram, “It saddens me to hear that my ex-husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me and my children with the public.” She also expressed distress over his comments, “As we all know, raising teenage boys is never easy for anyone … it concerns me the fact that the reason is based on my Instagram … it was LONG before Instagram … I gave them every thing … Only one word: Hurtful.” Although, the singer is having a tumultuous relationship with her children, she is also enjoying her newfound freedom with her current husband, Sam Asghari.
