In 2012, he co-founded the production company Seven Bucks Productions with his ex-wife Dany Garcia. He also owns an advertising agency under the same name. It is in remembrance of the day when he only had seven bucks in his pocket.

In 1995, Johnson was asked to leave the Canadian Football League where he couldn’t make it to the final list. The wrestler-turned-actor frequently mentions that day in his interviews and videos.

His company has produced several films that have minted millions, like ‘Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle’, ‘Hobbs And Shaw, ‘Fighting With Family’ and ‘Rampage’ among others.

Johnson Reacts To DC Canceling ‘Black Adam 2’

After James Gunn and Peter Safran were installed in the DC studio, they canceled several films like ‘Wonder Woman 3‘ and a sequel to ‘Man of Steel.’ They also canceled the second installment of ‘Black Adam‘.

WB Discovery has been laying off its employees, canceling a finished ‘Batgirl‘ film, and doing several other changes to cut costs.
