The red hot news this week is the release of the first teaser trailer for ‘Captain America: Brave New World,’ and let’s just say, it’s a lot! Not only do we get a glimpse of Anthony Mackie back in action as Captain America, but a lot more.
Additionally, the real showstopper is the reveal of Harrison Ford as Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross, a.k.a. The Red Hulk! This teaser could easily be the game-changer for the MCU. Besides that, a new team for Sam Wilson and the introduction of the Red Hulk sounds promising.

We get a brief clip of Anthony Mackie in the Captain America costume. However, this time round, we get to see him struggle with the responsibilities of being a new captain of the shield. Also, the teaser starts with a rather intense conversation between Sam Wilson and Thaddeus Ross.
Ross, looking every bit the grizzled military leader, throws some serious shade at Sam. He acknowledges Sam’s Captain America title. Moreover, this exchange sets the tone for the film. Sam has a lot to prove, and he’s not going to have it easy. Despite the doubts cast upon him, Sam remains determined.
We see him soaring through the sky as Captain America, a symbol of hope and resilience. Additionally, there are also glimpses of a new team forming around him, with Bucky Barnes sporting a new arm and a tease of a new Falcon (or perhaps Sam himself returning to the mantle?).

The Arrival Of The Red Hulk
However, let’s talk about the real jaw-dropper of the teaser: Harrison Ford as Thaddeus Ross, turning into the Red Hulk. The special effects look incredible, capturing the Red Hulk’s rage and power perfectly, with glowing red eyes and a physique that would make even The Hulk nervous.
The final shot shows the Red Hulk throwing Captain America with ease, leaving us wondering what kind of threat Ross truly poses. Additionally, the Red Hulk’s introduction opens up several possibilities for the MCU. Will he be a villain, an anti-hero, or something else entirely? The teaser is very provocative. However, at the same time, it does not offer any solutions.
Moreover, his presence also raises questions about the potential formation of the Thunderbolts, a team of reformed villains in the comics. Could Ross be assembling his own team to take on Captain America? The teaser doesn’t confirm this. However, it definitely plants the seed in our minds.
