Thunderbolts*’, has been constantly generating buzz among fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The highly anticipated film is the MCU’s version of ‘The Suicide Squad’ and will follow antiheroes on a secret mission.

Moreover, the film features a star-studded cast with Florence Pugh, David Harbour, and others. One of the cast members, Lewis Pullman, recently offered some insights into the project, describing it as a “really grounded” film. Here’s everything he said.

Lewis Pullman, who plays Bob aka The Sentry, expressed his enthusiasm for ‘Thunderbolts*’ and director Jake Schreier’s approachtoit. “I think Jake Schreier really knocked it out of the park,” Pullman said while talking to Movieweb.

I think it’s really stylish and really grounded and while also doing all the things that we love so much about the Marvel Universe so well,” he said.

This emphasis on groundedness is a huge departure from the normal MCU format. However, nothing about being The Sentry, who is Marvel’s version of Superman, suggests that the film will be grounded. In addition to Pullman, ‘Thunderbolts*’ boasts a star-studded cast.

It includes Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, Wyatt Russell as John Walker, Olga Kurylenko as Antonia Dreykov, and David Harbour as Alexei Shostakov. Pullman also expressed his excitement for working with his co-stars.

In an interview with the New York Times, Julia Louis-Dreyfus revealed some exciting details about ‘Thunderbolts*’. The actress expressed her enthusiasm for the project, and also highlighted the film’s focus on practical filmmaking. “They’re trying to stay away from as much C.G.I. or whatever as possible, so that the stunts are, like, everywhere,” she stated.
