Marvel Studios preparing for another banger movie, ‘The Fantastic Four: First Step’. After the success of ‘Deadpool And Wolverine‘ fans are thrilled about the upcoming project. The title of the film was recently revealed at the Comic-Con 2024.
The film is going to be perfect in every sense as it is going to directly focus on the superpowers of the heroes and take the narrative to the next level. Marvel has released some new details about the movie as well.
Details About The Upcoming ‘The Fanatstic Four: First Step’
After the title reveal of the movie at the Comic-Con, many speculations started to cook about the possible plot and details of the ‘F4’ movie. The Marvel Comic-Con panel also provided a teaser of the movie showing Reed Richards speaking to the classroom about science and The Thing on the dating show, which cemented many theories about the movie.
Marvel’s themselves have shared a few of them. First, on being, the movie is filmed in a 4:3 aspect ratio. As the movie is shot with a 1960’s aesthetic- the movie starts with a classroom scene with ‘Speed Racer’ style with ‘everything in focus’.
Moreover, the film will be based on a space theme and encounter a comic-accurate Galactus- the greatest antagonist in the history of Marvel comics. Stan Lee and Jack Kirby added Galactus in the book ‘Fantastic Four‘ way back in 1966. He’s going to make his appearance in the upcoming 2025 film.
The first look at Galactus was also revealed in the teaser, though only the character’s eyes were shown as he was looking into a building through a window.

Ebon Moss-Bachrach’s The Thing Will Be On A Retro Dating Show In The Movie
Other than the above-mentioned information, it’s also has been revealed that Ebon Moss Bachrach’s The Thing will be on a retro dating show as a mystery contestant in the movie. His character was brought to life through CGI in the film.
The character is also going to have a very comic-accurate appearance. Furthermore, the movie has several castings, and a few of them aren’t revealed yet. Natasha Lyonne is the most recent actress to join the team but her character is still unknown.
Earlier in May, Paul Walter Hauser and John Malkovich were added to the team and yet again with undisclosed roles. Before these roles, the main characters were introduced through a social media post: “Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn are The Fantastic Four“.
It was recently disclosed that Robert Downey Jr. is finally going to play the role of villain Dr. Doom in the movie. This was a rumour that had surfaced for a very long which came out to be true. This also aims at the film’s story which could be used for ‘Avengers: Doomsday‘, which releases in less than a year.
‘The Fantastic Four’ is all set to release on 25 July 2025.
