Marvel Studios has a busy few years coming up, as the Multiverse Saga is set to reach its biggest confrontation, and some of the biggest franchises are set to move on to the next chapter. The upcoming slate could be a pivotal moment for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with ‘Avengers: Doomsday’, ‘Secret Wars’, and the long-awaited arrival of the X-Men all featured.
Not to mention a ton of projects for those who prefer the TV side of Marvel, like ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 3 and ‘VisionQuest’. Here’s a look at the announced and reported projects on the upcoming slate, based on the current schedule.
Marvel’s 2026 And 2027 Slate Is All About Avengers And Daredevil

Marvel’s 2026 slate features ‘VisionQuest’ (October 14) and ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ (December 18). The new series will follow White Vision’s journey after ‘WandaVision’ as he navigates his quest for identity and memories. In the meantime, ‘Doomsday’ will see the arrival of heroes from the entire MCU.

‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’ returns for its second season on January 13, 2027, continuing its alternate universe adventure of Peter Parker’s early days as a superhero. Also on the list is ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 3, along with ‘X-Men ’97’ Season 3.
‘The Winter Soldier’ is also expected to be part of Marvel’s animated universe, and ‘Marvel Zombies’ for Halloween. ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ will cap off the year on December 17, which could be a pivotal moment for the MCU’s future.
The Marvel Studios Lineup For 2028–2029 Is Led By X-Men, Ghost Rider, And Black Panther

For those eager for fresh superhero teams, Marvel’s 2028 lineup promises a thrilling lineup of new releases. Among the projects listed is the upcoming ‘Zodiac’ film, and a new X-Men movie is set to be released on May 5. Ghost Rider is set to follow on July 28, which could help explore Marvel’s super-genre.

‘Black Panther 3’ has been scheduled for December 15. Animated projects will be featured as well, with ‘X-Men ’97’ Season 4 and ‘Marvel Zombies: The Fist of Khonshu’. In the future, Marvel has three movie slots that have yet to be filled for 2029, plus another ‘Marvel Zombies’ movie.
Some projects with unknown dates are: ‘Deadpool 4’, ‘Shang-Chi 2’, ‘Spider-Man 5’, ‘Nova’, and ‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’ season 3. At this time, it is not necessarily assumed that all titles and dates are confirmed. Even if a portion of this lineup comes together, Marvel fans have plenty to look forward to over the next few years.
