Last year, Marvel unveiled the cast of the last movie of phase 5, ‘Thunderbolts‘. The cast has some familiar names such as Sebastian Stan, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Florence Pugh, etc. Popular TV series ‘The Bear’ star Ayo Edebiri was also revealed to be part of the team of misfits.
However, it has been reported that she is exiting the movie after scheduling issues. The Australian actress Geraldine Vishwanathan will be replacing Ayo Edebiri and will make her MCU debut with the ‘Thunderbolts’.
In January, Steven Yeun pulled out from the ‘Thunderbolts’ with similar scheduling issues. He was replaced by the ‘Lessons In Chemistry’ star Lewis Pullman. Later, Geraldine became part of the cast.
Geraldine Viswanathan Spotted On The Set Of ‘Thunderbolts’
Atlanta Filming posted a new set photo of ‘Thudndernbolts’ featuring a new look for the leader of the group. They deleted the post a few hours later however it was enough for the image to go viral all over social media.
In the photo, shared-eyed fans spotted a glimpse of Viswanathan. She was seen walking behind Sebastian Stan’s Bucky Barnes. Viswanathan will be playing the role of Valentina Allegra de Fontaine better known as Madam Hydra.

Set Photos Reveals New Look For Sebastian Stan’s Bucky Barnes
In the set photo, Sebastian Stan can be seen in a greyish suit with a new goatee. He has also dumped his hairstyle from the 2021’s ‘The Falcon And The Winter Soldier’ and grown them out. It is possible that he is undercover for his mission and has adapted this look.
The ‘Thunderbolts’ will feature a group of antiheroes and villains working for the U.S. government. The Baron Zemo originally created the group. However, members later reject him as their leader and go on a more righteous path.
In comics, multiple characters have joined and left the group. In the upcoming ‘Thunderbolts’ movie, fans will see Winter Soldier, Yelena Belova, Red Guardian, U.S. Agent, Red Hulk, Taskmaster, Melina Vostokoff and Ghost in this group.
