Sabrina Carpenter Feels Privileged To Play For Taylor Swift During ‘Eras Tour’
In June 2023, Taylor Swift announced new dates for her ‘Eras Tour’ after concluding the North American leg of the tour. She announced that she would take the tour to Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. She also announced that Sabrina Carpenter would tag along with her on the new leg of the tour. The two artists finished their three concert nights at the Foro Sol in Mexico City.
During an interview with Vogue, Sabrina Carpenter said, “Night one felt unlike any crowd I’ve ever played to before.” She will continue to be the opening act for Swift throughout Brazil and Argentina. She continued, “It’s a great privilege. Getting to tour with someone I love that greatly inspires me, and also has the kindest and most welcoming fan base ever—I feel so lucky to be part of such an indelible tour.”

Taylor Swift Kickstarted Her Mexico Concert With A Mexican Greeting In A Cute Accent
Taylor Swift brought the magic of her ‘Eras Tour’ to Mexico for three nights from August 24, 2023, to August 26, 2023. Dailymail.com talked to one of the concertgoers, Nicole Garcia, about the experience of attending Taylor Swift’s concert. Nicole said that Swift started the concert by greeting her fans with ‘hola’ and ‘gracias’ for their presence.
Nicole Garcia said, “She had a cute accent, it was fun,’ she noted. ‘She also said, ‘Bienvenidos esta noche, gracias chicos, los amo México,’ which translates to welcome tonight, thank you guys, I love Mexico.”
Nicole revealed that Taylor Swift played some surprise songs that she did not play in the US. “She debuted ‘I Forgot That You Existed’ and ‘Sweet Nothing’ at the show which I was not expecting. And she nailed them both. The crowd went totally bananas and Taylor flashed a mischievous smile, like, ‘I got you, I shocked you!’ And she did. She seemed to be in a great mood.”
