Both the Hotties and Barbz are refusing to step back as the feud between Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion gets hotter! While Nicki has gone on an X, aka Twitter, rant and released a diss track titled ‘Big Foot’, Megan has maintained silence after dropping ‘Hiss’, which is on its way to a No. 1 debut on the Billboard 100.
The beef started when Megan Thee Stallion attacked Nicki Minaj’s brother and husband with the ‘Megan’s Law’ verse on ‘Hiss’. Both Kenneth Petty and Jelani Maraj are convicted rapists and registered sex offenders. Due to this, Nicki went on a long X rant, trying to bring down Megan Thee Stallion. Now, amidst the feud, the ‘Body’ artist has landed a distribution deal with Warner Music Group (WMG) while remaining an independent artist.
Megan Thee Stallion Will Own Her Masters After Deal With WMG
It is a great day for Hotties as their favorite artist, Megan Thee Stallion, landed a distribution deal with Warner Music Group. Megan has been an independent artist without being signed to any record label. Jay-Z’s Roc Nation has signed her as a management agency. The news comes after Megan became involved in a rap beef with Nicki Minaj.
Recently, Nicki Minaj released a single titled ‘Big Foot’. In the track, Nicki was challenged to buy Megan’s catalog. The verse goes, “Bitch you better stop that dialogue (28 shit), ‘Fore I hit Carl and buy your catalog.” However, Megan has a big distribution company like WMG backing her.

The Rapper Is In Trouble Due To Her Song ‘Hiss’
Megan Thee Stallion, post-Tory Lanez verdict, is using her music to heal and also get back at trolls and her opps! Recently, she released ‘Hiss’, which had a ‘Megan’s Law’ verse, which triggered the family of the victim whose case led to the federal law. The verse goes, “These h*** don’t be mad at Megan, these h*** mad at Megan’s Law.”
As per ‘Megan’s Law’, a sex offender has to “release relevant information to protect the public from sexually violent offenders.” It was enacted after the death of Megan Kanka, who was abducted and raped. Now, her father, Richard Kanka, has reacted to the rap song.
While talking to TMZ, Richard Kanka said that he found the reference in the song disrespectful. Despite the song putting light on the law, he found it distasteful.
Mr. Kanka has not listened to the song, but after reading the lyrics, he feels that “using his daughter’s name in such a graphic/offensive manner was highly offensive for the pain his daughter and family felt.”
