All About The ‘Two Icons, One Night’ Tour

On 2 November 2022 Stevie posted the details of the tour. It will be a three-night tour, starting from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The duo will next crash AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. They will end the tour in Nashville, Tennessee’s Nissan Stadium. The Dallas Cowboys executive vice president, Stephen Jones, and the Mayor of Arlington, Jim Ross, held a press conference to make the news of the concert official. The Dallas Morning News quoted the organizers, “The spectacular one-night-only show marks the first time the two have ever performed on the same stage in Texas.” Jones said “What an amazing event! We’re so fired up about it”.

Stevie worked with the Anglo-American band Fleetwood Mac in the 70s. Though the band’s pop music was gaining acclaim, Stevie left the group in 1981 to pursue her solo career. She is famous for her albums ‘The Dance’, ‘Timespace’ and ‘Tango In The Night’. Whereas Joel got his sobriquet from his 1973 album ‘Piano Man’. Joel till now has won five Grammys, one for Record Of The Year for his album, ‘Just The Way You Are’.
