Tom Brady‘s roast was a hit for Netflix as it continues to garner heavy attention after the live session. But at the receiving end of it was Brady. The entire show was deeply hurtful for his loved ones, especially his kids and wife Gisele Bundchen. It’s hard to say if or not Brady had seen the jokes coming his way.
However, one of the many celebrities who showed up at the show to make jokes about Brady, Nikki Glaser, seems to think differently. The comedian took another jab at Brady, opining that Brady should have seen the jokes coming. Here’s what she said.
Nikki Glaser Reacts To Tom Brady Regretting His Roast
As Tom Brady continues to talk about how the show affected his kids and his former partners who were made jokes upon during the Tom Brady Roast, Nikki Glaser is being clearly apathetic towards his feelings. Being a celebrity guest at the roast herself, Glaser has called Brady out for not knowing what a “roast” would entail.
“I also think Tom Brady does not do anything without doing his research and knowing exactly what he’s getting into,” Glaser said. “It’s impossible to me that he didn’t consider what could have happened because there’s roast footage out there that you can watch and go, ‘They’re gonna go this hard,'” she added.
“But then, there’s a part of me that thinks that Tom Brady, especially given his career and how much people love him, no one’s ever said a bad thing to him in the past 30 years, so he doesn’t know what anyone’s capable of going there,” she said.
Glaser undeniably made some of the best jokes on the show, most of which also went viral. In one of her pieces she said, “Tom Brady. Five-time Super Bowl MVP, most career wins, most career touchdowns. You have seven rings — well, eight, now that Gisele gave hers back. The only thing dumber than saying yes to this roast was when you said, ‘Hey babe, you should try jiu-jitsu,’” referring to Gisele Bundchen’s relationship with her instructor.

Why Does Tom Brady Regret Doing A Roast Of Himself?
After the roast, Gisele Bundchen had spoken about about how she felt being demeaned on television like that, as many also started questioning if it was right to put Brady’s entire family on blast.
Speaking about his regrets doing the roast, Brady said, “I liked when the jokes were about me. I thought they were so fun. I didn’t like the way they affected my kids. It’s the hardest part about … like the bittersweet aspect of when you do something that you think is one way and then all of a sudden you realize: I wouldn’t do that again because of the way that it affected actually the people that I care about the most in the world.”
He then added, “I’m going to be a better parent as I go forward because of it. At the same time, I’m happy everyone who was there had a lot of fun. If we’re not laughing about things, we’re crying.”
The Roast Of Tom Brady is available to stream on Netflix.
