Florence Pugh Thanks The Entire Team Of ‘Don’t Worry Darling’
‘Don’t Worry Darling‘ has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. One of them was reports of a rift between Pugh and Wilde as the latter was starting a relationship with Styles while filming which allegedly irked Pugh.
Celebrating the release of the film, the British actress took to Instagram to thank the entire team. “It’s here.. and ready to be seen. @dontworrydarling is in cinemas!” she captioned.
“We met so many talented people, visited some insane locations, worked hard in the desert dust and looked good whilst doing so. … Thank you to all those who have bought tickets and those who have already seen it.”
Pugh continued, “This film was such an epic story on such a large scale to shoot, all while during peak Covid times. For that I will always be grateful. To all of you who helped make this, your dedication and love was seen daily – thank you.” One of the pics was of Pugh and Wilde from the film’s set.
The Controversies Surrounding ‘Don’t Worry Darling’
‘Don’t Worry Darling‘ started creating a buzz right after its trailer was released. One of the scenes which featured a kiss between Pugh and Styles was circulated online.
Reports suggest that the love between Wilde and Styles blossomed on the film’s set which irked Pugh. This was because it hindered the entire filmmaking process.
Shia LaBeouf’s exit from the film also made headlines as Wilde stated that she had to fire him because of his problematic personality. Shia later refuted her claims and said there was no time for rehearsals.
A recent controversy surrounding the film involved Styles who apparently spat on Chris Pine during its Venice premiere. Pine’s representatives refuted these rumors.
