Elon Musk is always in the news for one thing or the other. Most of the time he creates headlines with his tweets and controversial opinion on certain things. The billionaire is also very vocal about politics and politicians. He has been taking Donald Trump’s side in recent times.
Musk has voted for both Republican and Democrat candidates in the past because of his business interests being spread across the country. In a recent interview, however, the 51-year-old revealed whom he voted for in the 2020 presidential election. So let’s find out about this.

Elon Musk Voted For Joe Biden In 2020
In an interview with BBC, billionaire Elon Musk talked about the 2020 presidential election where around half of the American population voted for Donald Trump. But he voted for Joe Biden.
“I wasn’t one of them. I voted for Biden,” Musk said. This revelation comes at a time when Musk has been openly targeting Biden for his policies. Last year, Musk tweeted about Trump, asking him to retire.
However, in just a couple of months, his politics shifted from left to right. In the same interview, he also defended unbanning Trump from Twitter. The former President was banned from the platform after the 2021 Capitol building attacks; he was accused of inciting violence and provoking his supporters to storm the building.

In the same interview, Musk also addressed the huge layoff that took place after the acquisition. He said they would have gone bankrupt if they “hadn’t cut costs immediately.” “This is not a caring uncaring situation, if whole ship sinks then nobody’s got a job.“
