Elon Musk has been at loggerheads with the social media giant Twitter ever since he terminated the $44 billion deal to buy the company.
Twitter has now filed a lawsuit against the Tesla CEO and has mentioned the ‘poop’ emoji Elon once used against their CEO Parag Agrawal, as a piece of evidence for not following the merger agreement. In the response, Elon hilariously shared the emoji again.

Elon Musk Uses Poop Emoji Again To Mock Twitter
It seems that the lawsuit hasn’t affected the billionaire’s sense of humor. The web portal Shacknews tweeted the news of Twitter mentioning the ‘poop’ emoji, Elon once used against their CEO Parag Agrawal, as a piece of evidence for not following the merger agreement.
In response, Elon tweeted another poop emoji this time, taking a clear dig at Twitter. He wrote the poop emoji and equated it with the word “bs” (short for bullshit).

Elon had responded to Parag with that emoji after the latter wrote about how the company cannot comply with SpaceX founder’s request regarding transparency on scam accounts and misinformation.
Parag had tweeted, “Externally, it’s not even possible to know which accounts are counted as mDAUs on any given day.”
Musk Takes A Shade At Twitter With A Meme
Twitter recently filed a lawsuit against Elon for a breach of their $44 billion contract. The company has hired the New York-based law firm giant Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz LLP. Musk, on the other hand, is represented by Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. Musk had complained about Twitter’s lack of transparency on matters of false information and scam accounts and had backed out of the deal.
This is not the first time Elon has taken a dig at Twitter on Twitter. On July 11, the business mogul shared a meme that showed the twists and turns as well as his goofy reactions to those in the entire chain of events.

“They said I could not buy Twitter. Then they wouldn’t disclose bot info. Now they want to force me to buy Twitter in court. Now they have to disclose bot info in court,” the post read.
Through the meme, Musk talks about how Twitter prevented the takeover. In the second image, he alleges that Twitter is filled with bot accounts and the company did not address this issue. In the last picture, he addresses the legal action threat from Twitter.
