However, the actor will reportedly not lose anything, and for that, Issa Rae has called out Hollywood.
Miller will appear on the celluloid with DC and Warner Bros., next ‘The Flash’ which is slated to release in 2023. However, the news about them being sacked from the franchise was apparent. Despite all the legal troubles and nefarious allegations, Ezra was reportedly spotted shooting for the film. The ‘Insecure’ actor called out Hollywood’s savior problem concerning Ezra.
“There’s An Effort To Save The Movie And Them”: Issa Rae Criticizes Hollywood’s Stance On Ezra Miller
Issa Rae is appearing on the cover issue of Elle magazine. During the cover shoot, she talked about her new ventures, life post her hit HBO series ‘Insecure’, and what changes she wants in Hollywood. The actress called out the industry during the latter question. She answered, “It starts with a backbone.”
Rae references the current Miller situation. Ezra has been embroiled in many controversies and the accusations are severe. They were almost fired from DC’s ‘The Flash’. But, the studio decided to continue the shoot.
The ‘Rap Sh!t’ actress said, “There’s this person [Ezra Miller] who’s a repeat offender, who’s been behaving atrociously, and as opposed to shutting them down and shutting the production down, there’s an effort to save the movie and them. That is a clear example of the lengths that Hollywood will go to to save itself and to protect offenders.” For her, “the stuff that’s happening with Ezra Miller is, to me, a microcosm of Hollywood.”

The Actor Has Issued An Apology
The list is long for ‘The Perks Of Being A Wallflower’ actor of criminal charges and accusations. In a recent event, Gibson Iron Eyes’, an activist, parents filed a protective order on behalf of their child. They accused them of grooming. Like this, they are accused of countless charges. Nonetheless, the actor, via a representative, released a statement claiming treatment for “complex health issues.”
The statement said, “Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment.”
The apology continued, “I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.”
It is alleged that Ezra and their team are settling the issues with victims with monetary assistance and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). These conjectures surfaced when the couple, who accused Ezra of trespassing and theft, dropped the charges.
