Jamie Lee Curtis Is Ecstatic About Daughter’s Wedding
The actress celebrated her daughter’s wedding by proudly showing off the pictures from the stunning ceremony on her Instagram account on Sunday, May 29. She posted a series of snapshots from her daughter’s big day. The first post featured her standing between the happy couple in their selected costumes. Jamie looked stunning in her Jaina Proudmore from World Of Warcraft costume. She captioned the first post “WIFE IS SWEET! Ruby and Kynthia. 5/29/2022.”
The second snap featured Ruby and Kynthia sharing a warm hug in front of the wedding guests. Jamie captioned the post “YES THEY DO AND DID! MARRIED!”
The third photo showed the scene after the wedding party was over. It featured the “Everything Everywhere All at Once” actress posing against the rainbow decoration wearing a shirt. On the shirt, there was a caricature of Kynthia and Ruby with the text “WIFE IS SWEET”. Curtis had a huge knife in her right hand and placed her left hand on her hips. Her caption read, “YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS UP! The ONLY thing left over at the end of this entire BEAUTIFUL wedding, after everything was taken away was this f**king BUTCHER KNIFE they cut the tiramisu wedding cake with! WIFE IS SWEET!”
The “Halloween” Actress Feels Backyard Weddings Are The Best
In March, Jamie Lee Curtis appeared on Jimmy Kimmel’s show and spoke about her daughter’s wedding plans. “We’re gonna have a beautiful picnic in the backyard. I’m really excited. Both my children will have been married in my backyard, which brings me to tears,” she said.
Jamie also explained how having a private ceremony was way better according to her. “It’s so much more meaningful,” the actress said, “Just forgetting all of show-off business – being a parent, having both of your children married in your backyard.”
