Keanu Reeves is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood. The Canadian actor has been a part of severely highly successful films like ‘The Matrix’, ‘Speed‘ and the ‘John Wick‘ franchise to name a few. In the latter, Reeves plays an assassin which proved to be his comeback vehicle.
However, the 58-year-old actor is currently in the news for not a pleasant reason. He granted a temporary restraining order against a stalker who continued to trespass at his property in his Los Angeles County home. Let’s find out more details about this issue.

Keanu Reeves Grants Restraining Order Against One Stalker
Hollywood celebrities often come across stalkers who make their life difficult. Some might be harmless, but most of the time they pose a potential threat. Keanu Reeves has also faced one.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the ‘Speed‘ actor has been granted a temporary restraining order against a stalker. On Tuesday, his lawyer Mathew Rosengart filed a petition in the LA superior court.
It was against a 38-year-old man who had reportedly “stalked, harassed and trespassed” on Reeves’ property in Los Angeles County. He frequently showed up uninvited at the actor’s house.

The Stalker Would Show Up On Reeves’ Doorstep
The petition states that Reeves has suffered a lot of distress because of the stalker. An investigation revealed that the stalker had made at least six “unwanted appearances” at his doorstep. All this between November last year till January.
The individual has a past criminal history spanning over 20 years this includes convictions for assault, drug possession, larceny, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct in Rhode Island.
The order describes that the stalker has “engaged in an ongoing course of alarming and harassing/threatening conduct” since last year November. There is also an additional charge from a 2022 case on the stalker for breaking and entering and possessing burglary tools. We hope that the order will work as a deterrent for this and all the potential stalkers of the star.
