    Apple has once again come up with a great promotional scheme. To drum up more enthusiasm for the finale of the science fiction series ‘Silo,’ Apple TV has uploaded the show’s first episode on Twitter. And no one is more excited about it than Elon Musk. The tech billionaire applauded Apple TV’s baby steps in helping to establish Twitter as a reliable streaming platform.

    Since taking Twitter’s ownership, Musk has quickly introduced many features to make the platform’s interface more user-friendly. One of his innovations has been the ability to upload long-form content. Apple TV sharing their episode from ‘Silo’ is a sign of incoming change.

    Apple TV posted an episode of Rebecca Ferguson-starrer ‘Silo’ on their Twitter account. While other streaming remains skeptical, Tim Cook-led streamer jumped to utilize Twitter’s long-form content feature. It allows users to upload up to three hours of videos, which is 8GB of data. 

    With this feature, Twitter will soon replace YouTube as a streaming platform. In his latest tweet, Elon Musk praised Apple TV’s promotional tactic, ” Watch the entire first episode on this platform. Great move by Apple! Note, you can Airplay from your iPhone to TV to watch on a big screen.” The first episode is available to watch for free.

    Twitter’s Feedback To Apple TV’s Promotional Tactic

    Thanks to Apple TV’s Twitter handle, netizens are thrilled to discover a new show to obsess over. Out of all the people, James Stephen Donaldson, popularly known as Mr.Beast, was thankful for finding out about the show. His tweet read, “Really is a smart move, I never would have heard of this show and now I’m watching episode 1 and invested lol”

    @JSargent57 has immensely praised the show in his tweet, “This is FIRST CLASS science fiction. Netflix and Youtube should be afraid. Very afraid”

    @ElonSavedTwit found the episode interesting enough to look it up further. The user tweets, “Thanks, watching on Apple TV now to see if I like it”

    @Lee_Vertisce isn’t pleased with the alternative to watching mind-numbing entertainment, “No, thank you. I didn’t cut the cord with cable TV so I could be nickel and dimed by three dozen other companies instead.”
