The news of Alan Arkin’s death was revealed by his three sons while speaking to People. They told that their father was a talented force of nature as an artist and a man. They also called him the best husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Alan Arkin had three sons from three marriages. His first two sons, Adam and Matthew, were born to Jeremy Yaffe, his first wife. His third son Anthony was born following his marriage to Suzanne Newlander.
Arkin was also married to Barbara Dana from 1964 to 1994. His first marriage ended up in divorce in 1961 and he was married to Newlander until the time of his death.

Born on March 26, 1934, Alan Arkin trained himself in acting from the age of 10. He went to Los Angeles State College in 1951 and then enrolled in Bennington College.
Alan made his acting debut on stage and soon began to appear in films and TV shows. He was featured in various film and TV projects like ‘Wait Until Dark’, ‘The In-Laws’, ‘Grosse Point Blank’, ‘Get Smart’, ‘Argo’, ‘The Russians Are Coming, the Russians Are Coming’ and more.
Arkin was also a recipient of various accolades over the years at the Academy Awards, BAFTA Awards, Emmy Awards, Golden Globe Awards, SAG Awards, and Tony Awards.
