Details Of The State Funeral Of Queen Elizabeth II
The death of Queen Elizabeth has kick-started two operations, Operation London Bridge, and Operation Unicorn. They are a series of plans and protocols for her funeral.
The funeral of Her Majesty will take place on Monday, September 19 at Westminster Abbey at 11 am. Her coffin has been taken to London at Buckingham Palace in the Westminster hall to rest.
During this period, people will be able to pay their respects as they pass by the coffin. The funeral will be followed by a committal service in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.
The funeral will be televised and will be aired across several networks like NBC, ABC, CNN, and Fox News. It will begin at around 10:44 am local time during which the procession from the Palace of Westminster will take place.

Who Will Attend The Queen’s Funeral?
Several world leaders are expected to attend Elizabeth II’s funeral in the United Kingdom. New Zealand’s prime minister Jacinda Ardern, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, among others.
Recently installed Prime Minister of UK, Liz Truss, and Labour party leader Keir Starmer are also expected to attend.
The state funeral will also include members of the royal families of Spain, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
Japanese Emperor Naruhito, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will be attending the funeral. President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden will be the only U.S. delegates to attend.
Apart from them, members of the royal families of Spain, Belgium, Norway Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands are also expected to arrive.
