She’s here! This Saturday Shay Mitchell announced the big news that she and her longtime partner Matt Babel has welcomed Their second little baby girl. The 34 years old Canadian actress and model rose to fame for her portrayal of Emily Fields in the mystery thriller drama series Pretty Little Liars, which earned her nominations for a People’s Choice Award. Since 2017, she’s dating Matt Babel.
The couple welcomed their first daughter, Atlas in October 2019. Despite Shay and Matte’s obvious commitment to each other and their family, the Canadian natives are not focusing on getting married anytime soon. In a previous interview, Mitchell also shared the fact that she’s looking forward to having more children with her beloved partner Matt Babel. She no doubt kept her word.
Shay Mitchell Is Overwhelmed By The Birth Of New Baby Girl
Finally, on June 4th Shay Mitchell and partner Matt Babel confirmed that they welcomed their second baby girl. It looks like Mitchell is overjoyed being a mother for the second time.
“I recently just had my second child and this is why this is all so much sweeter because this is the first time I’ve actually been outside of the house since having her,” she told E! News on June 4 at the event for the travel brand, which she co-founded. “It’s really special to come and visit my other baby.”
The 35 years old actress said that she thinks her beloved partner Matt is a great dad. She explained the hard struggle while giving birth to her first child following an intense 33 hours of labor. “I think when you find someone who has the same morals as you, it makes parenting a lot easier,” she told E! News. “It’s definitely a partnership. Finding somebody who has similar morals to you is extremely important.”
“Pregnancy has been one of the most exciting, challenging and physically demanding things I’ve ever done,” Shay shared while expecting Atlas. “It’s brought a new meaning to family and my partnership with Matte.”

Shay Mitchell announced that she was expecting a second baby in February through an Instagram post. The post featured the actress topless and showing her baby bump. She expressed her grief regarding the death of her beloved grandmother while she was joyful to expect a new life.
She captioned the post, “Saying goodbye to a loved one while simultaneously experiencing the joy of welcoming another into this world is the great cycle of life. It is also my most challenging season to date.”

She continued, “I can’t help but think this was the universe’s plan all along, knowing I would need otherworldly joy to cushion the blow of losing one of the most important people in my life. Yet, this is proof that love, life, and loss can profoundly exist all at the same time. Gram, I miss you every day. Little one, we are so excited to meet you. I breathe a sigh of peace knowing you two are already connected in such a cosmic way.”
