Britney Spears is finally able to live a free and normal life after her 12-year-long conservatorship ended last year in October. The 40-year-old pop star married Sam Asghari in June and is very active on social media. She has recently been in the news for her rift with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
The Femme Fatale singer’s ex made headlines recently after appearing in a 60 Minute interview. In the interview, Kevin said that he was thankful to Britney’s father for saving her life. After this, her fans reacted to Kevin’s interview and his claims with strongly worded tweets.

Britney Spears Fan React To Kevin Federline’s Comment
During an interview with 60 Minute Australia, Kevin Federline said that he believes Britney’s father Jamie Spears saved her life. He also said that conservatorship was necessary for her.
Federline said he “wasn’t involved in how the conservatorship came about,” but said that it was done because her family was “worried about their daughter” and trying to “help her.”
According to The Daily Mail, this hasn’t gone well with her fans who have slammed the former backup dancer for his comments.

“It’s pretty bad. You make the conservatorship look justified. They stole hundreds of millions from her. It’s fraud and enslavement,” another user commented.
Spears tied the knot with Kevin Federline and the couple share two sons. They parted ways later and their divorce was finalized in 2007.

Kevin Said Why Their Kids Aren’t Meeting Her
In the same interview, Kevin also opened up about their kids not attending Britney and Sam Asghari’s wedding. He stated that the main reason was her nude Instagram pictures.
Kevin also claimed that he wasn’t involved in the conservatorship as he was focusing on protecting their kids during that time. “The boys, the boys, the boys. I had to worry about them,” he said.
Recently, their son Jayden James talked about his pop star mother. “It’s just going to take a lot of time and effort. I just want her to get better mentally. When she gets better I really want to see her again“, he said.
He continued, “I love you a lot, I hope for the best for you. Maybe one day we can sit down like this and talk again.”
