Now, Heard has decided to pay $1 million to her ex-husband to settle their long legal battle. After the payment, Heard’s net worth will be $5 million. Before the trial, her net worth was estimated to be around $6 million. Depp’s net worth, on the other hand, is $150 million.

Depp’s attorneys said in a statement that the actor would donate the money to charity. They earlier said that for Depp, the case was “never about the money”.
In a statement, Depp’s lawyers Benjamin Chew and Camille Vasquez welcomed Heard’s decision to accept defeat and pay $1 million. “We are pleased to formally close the door on this painful chapter for Mr. Depp, who made clear throughout this process that his priority was about bringing the truth to light,” they said.
In the trial, Depp was ordered to pay Heard $2 million. He was also found liable for a statement made by his attorney when they accused Heard of perpetrating a “hoax” claim.
