Elon Musk has brought another seasoned general to solve the Twitter problem. Since its acquisition, Musk hasn’t had quite the handle on the intricacies of running the microblogging platform. The latest addition to Twitter is Joe Benarroch, a former NBCUniversal executive. He worked at NBC for five years before being offered the Twitter job.
This hiring comes at a time when many are leaving the sinking ship. Musk’s promotion of the controversial documentary hasn’t gone well with the staff, with Ella Irwin and A.J. Brown leaving the organization quickly. Hopefully, Twitter can solve the organizational change of guard and return to its less chaotic days.

Joe Benarroch To Handle Business Operations At Twitter
Another change of guard under Elon Musk. The tech billionaire has brought Joe Benarroch on board to handle the business operations. Benarroch is a former NBCUniversal executive who was the head of advertising sales and partnerships for NBCU. Linda Yaccarino, the current Twitter CEO, was his boss at NBCU. His official role at the organization is still unknown.
In an email, Joe Benarroch expressed how much he’s looking forward to working with the team. He’s looking forward to bringing years of experience to create a bigger and better “Twitter 2.0 together” with the team. Linda Yaccarino welcomed her former colleague Joe Benarroch with the following tweet, “Welcome to the flock, @benarroch_joe! From one bird to the next. Let’s get to work@Twitter! #timetofly”

Elon Musk Loses Two Top Twitter Executives Over Difference Of Opinion
The need to bring more people into the organization comes from sudden departures at Twitter’s top hierarchy. It’s been a rocky week for Musk, with not one but top-level executives leaving the company. Ella Irwin, who looked after content moderation at Twitter, resigned due to the controversial documentary ‘What Is A Woman?’.
Elon Musk has to also deal with the departure of A.J. Brown, his former head of brand safety and ad quality. The surge of exits presents a challenge for Linda Yaccarino, who will try to resurrect the company by bringing in more advertising revenue. Meanwhile, Elon Musk can spend more time with his Tesla and SpaceX, resolving the many lawsuits that plague him.
