How Much Does A Super Bowl Commercial Cost?
The Super Bowl marks the most expensive and biggest day for a company to advertise their company. It’s also the most costly platform to advertise your brand on- and rightly so because the game is watched by more than a hundred million viewers.
This year brand owners are emptying their pockets of $7 million for a thirty-second commercial. That’s way more than what an average American earns in their entire lifetime.
Calmatic, who’s airing a commercial for his chain Popeye’s talked about the cost and said, “I try not to think about the money. Sometimes I don’t even want to know what the budget is, like just, ‘Let me create.’ We have to snap back to reality and be like, ‘Alright, everyone is going to see this.'”
This year there’s a diverse array of commercials to be aired- most of these featuring million-dollar celebrities as well.
