Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, on public platforms, insulted each other. The Amazon founder has taken a dig at Elon many times for his vision to have human settlements on Mars. Musk and Jeff had a battle over leasing a NASA launchpad. Elon has even criticized Bezos for spending less time at Blue Origin, which was less criticism and more igniting a fire. However, it seems that the business moguls have buried the hatchet, as Jeff has praised Musk in a recent interview.

Jeff Bezos Says He And Elon Musk Are Like-Minded
For several years, Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos have indulged in ugly fights on the internet as the two billionaires want to actualize their plan to have a human settlement in space.
In the recent memoir about Elon Musk by Walter Isaacson, he wrote about the feud and heated exchanges between the two, where Musk was annoyed that he did not get an invite to the Blue Origin factory. During a dinner with their respective ex-wives, Musk gave him unsolicited advice, which made Jeff Bezos think that Musk was too sure of himself.
While Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos battle over their respective space missions, in a recent podcast, the latter had some kind words to say about Elon Musk. During a podcast with Lex Fridman, Jeff admitted that he and the Tesla owner are “very like-minded.” He told Lex, “I’m not saying we’re identical. But I think we’re very like-minded.”
Jeff Bezos continued, “I don’t really know Elon very well. I know his public persona, but I also know you can’t know anyone by their public persona. It’s impossible.”

The Amazon Founder Likes The Idea Of A Potential Friendship With Elon Musk
Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk have gone back and forth with stinging criticism over each other’s space projects. Bezos called out Musk’s idea to be on Mars. He said, “My friends who want to move to Mars? I say do me a favor: Go live on the top of Mount Everest for a year first and see if you like it, because it’s a garden paradise compared to Mars.”
However, things have been better than they were between Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos. Lex Fridman suggested to the billionaire: “Yeah, I hope you guys hang out sometime, shake hands, and sort of have a kind of friendship that would inspire just the entirety of humanity because what you’re doing is one of the big grand challenges ahead for humanity.”
