Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are back with more Netflix shows, and this time it includes a cooking show with the Duchess of Sussex. The couple, who have been working on collaborating with Netflix have now been reported to be in the early stages of production for two new series, teaming up with the streaming giant.
Meghan is an executive producer and curator of a series that will “celebrate the joys of cooking and gardening, entertaining and friendship.” Michael Steed, who previously worked on Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, will direct the project. With decades of experience playing the sport, Prince Harry, 39, will “provide viewers unprecedented access to the world of professional polo” through the second series. Further statement about the series read, “Known primarily for its aesthetic and social scene, the series will pull the curtain back on the grit and passion of the sport, capturing players and all it takes to compete at the highest level.”
Both shows will be produced by Archewell Productions. Titles and dates are expected to be revealed soon.

According to Netflix’s Chief Content Officer Bela Bajaria, the royal couple have plenty of projects lined up. “They have a couple of unscripted things they’re working on with Brandon [Reigg],” Bajaria said, according to Hello! magazine. “And they actually have like a bunch of development. They have a movie in development, a [scripted] series that they’re working on. So all very early development, with a movie, a TV show and a couple of unscripted shows. But yeah, the movie’s great.”

The couple’s previous projects for the streamer included the docuseries ‘Harry & Meghan‘, which debuted in December 2022 and became Netflix’s biggest documentary debut ever; ‘Live to Lead‘, a series about activists like Gloria Steinem and Ruth Bader Ginsburg also debuted in December 2022; and ‘Heart of Invictus’, a docuseries about athletes training for Prince Harry’s Invictus Games at The Hague, which was released in August 2023.
