The ‘Wicked Stepmother’ Comment Of Prince Harry Has Reduced His Chances Of Getting A ‘Regal Hug’
In January 2023, Prince Harry released his controversial memoir, ‘Spare,’ where he talked about his stepmother, Queen Camilla Consort. It is not hidden that King Charles III always wanted to marry her, but he married Harry’s mother, Princess Diana. Charles and Camilla got married in 2005, and now she has become the Queen of Britain.
In the book, Prince Harry talked about a story where he called Queen Camilla Consort ‘a wicked stepmother.’ A royal commentator, Daniela Elser, claims that Prince Harry blew a chance of reconciliation with King Charles III.
She said, “For more than 30 years, Charles has been wholly devoted to Camilla, a woman who knows her way around a pair of wellies, an Aga, and a decent bottle of shiraz. His [Charles] fidelity to his horsey paramour having extended to going against his mother, his family, and his homeland at various points in time.”
Daniela added, “There is a certain romance to it all if you think about it. It might not seem it, but theirs is quite the love story. Which is why, when His Majesty read those two blasted words, ‘wicked stepmother,’ his son would seem to have crossed the Rubicon. He crossed a line in the sand that dealt a disastrous blow to any chance of reconciliation and a regal hug coming Harry’s way any time soon.”

The Couple Has Vacated The Frogmore Cottage
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle do not have their UK base anymore! The couple has vacated the Frogmore Cottage that Queen Elizabeth II gifted them after their marriage. King Henry VIII bought the property in the 18th Century, and Queen Charlotte, along with her daughters, moved into the house.
Now, King Charles III has announced budget cuts and restricted the Sovereign Grant. The royal family members have to take care of their gifts, properties, and so forth. The in-charge of this Privy Purse, Sir Michael Stevens, confirmed the news of the couple vacating the property. Sir Michael stated, “We can confirm that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have vacated Frogmore Cottage.”
He added, “We will not be going into any detail on those arrangements here. Safe to say that, as has previously been stated, the duke and duchess have paid for the expenditure incurred by the Sovereign Grant in relation to the renovation of Frogmore Cottage, thus leaving the Crown with a greatly enhanced asset.”
