While ex-Royals are in and out of court attempting to clear the number of charges filed against them, Kate Middleton and Prince William enjoy their day out at Wimbledon. This is not the first time the Prince of Wales is seen at Wimbledon, she is the patron of the All-England Club and has been in the Royal Box a few times already this year.
On Sunday, Kate Middleton attended the men’s singles finals on the last day of the elite tennis tournament at All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London. She was accompanied by Prince William and her children Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Kate Middleton Enjoys the Day with Family at Wimbledon.
It was a fun Sunday for the Royals. The Princess of Wales will present the golden Wimbledon Trophy at the event. The Grand Slam championship is actually a highlight on Kate Middleton’s summer calender both professionally and personally. As she is an avid tennis player and the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
Kate Middleton was seen in a green Roland Mouret dress while Prince William looked decent in a light gray linen suit. Charlotte and George both had more blue ensembles as the event marked the first time for Charlotte and the second time for George. Toward the end of the event, Kate Middleton will award either Carloz Alcaraz or Novak Djokovic with the iconic gold Wimbledon Trophy after the match.

When Did Kate Middleton make her Wimbledon Debut?
It is no secret that the Princess of Wales is a tennis enthusiast. On July 4, Kate Middleton marked her Wimbledon debut as she witnessed some of the men’s and women’s singles first-round matches. The princess typically kicks off the tournament by watching early-round games featuring up-and-coming players and closes the competition by watching the high-stakes finals, and this year was the same.
In 2016 Kate Middleton received a patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, from Queen Elizabeth. As a royal role, Kate has to wear a special bow pin to Wimbledon in the club’s colors dark green and purple and present prizes to the champions. Since 2011, Prince William and Kate Middleton have stepped into Wimbledon to attend the finals together.
