The royal family is still recuperating from the damage that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have done to malign their image. In 2020, the couple exited the royal family after constant media intrusion and ill-treatment by family members towards Meghan. Harry and Meghan shifted their bases to the US, but the couple is trying to get back to Britain as their wealth is plummeting with the recent cancellation of the Spotify deal and the hanging sword of delivering content to Netflix.
Prince Harry, since leaving the royal family, has visited the palace several times. Meghan and Harry both attended the funeral ceremony of Queen Elizabeth II. Harry also came for the coronation ceremony of his father, King Charles III. However, on both occasions, the father and son did not have a chance to sit down and conduct a peace talk to bridge the gap.
