Selena Gomez is reflecting on her relationship with her ‘Only Murders In The Building’ co-stars as she readies up for her ‘Wizards Of Waverly Place’ reboot and the latest season of ‘Only Murders In The Building’.
Speaking to Martin Short as he took the seat in lieu of Jimmy Fallon, the singer slash actress detailed down on her experience while working with Paul Rudd and Meryl Streep on the comedy thriller. She also let us on another secret: a galaxy sized crush on Paul Rudd.

Behind the curtains, Selena Gomez fangirls over Paul Rudd and Meryl Streep just as hard as we do. Gomez made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live for a quick chat with Martin Short, her co-star on ‘Only Murders in the Building‘. As they both chatted about their time on the show, the singer made sure to confess the crush she has on Paul Rudd, who joined the cast in season three and has worked with Gomez previosuly.
Talking about her crush on Rudd, Gomez said, “First off, ‘Clueless’? Hello! And then, ‘Friends’ and you know, everything else…” She then gushed over Meryl Streep and said, “As an actress you can only dream to work with someone as great as her. But she would just dally around as if she was just a part of our family. She would sing songs barefoot. And talk to everyone and…that was elegant to me. That was true class.”
Gomez wasn’t the only one churning out praises though. Martin Short made sure to talk about what an amazing actress Gomez is as he talked about how as someone who has been famous for so long, she handles it with such grace and does an amazing job of it.
The pair will reunite again for the next season of ‘Only Murders In The Building‘.

Fans are patiently waiting for the next season to the comedy thriller that has managed to stay on top of all of Hulu’s shows, thanks to the chemistry of the golden trio. Selena Gomez, Martin Short and Steve Martin have completely captured hearts with their performance on the show and Meryl Streep and Paul Rudd’s addition has only added to the magic of the show.
This time, the show will focus on Sazz’s murder and fans can expect another humour filled adventure as the three go around seeking clues and answers. The fourth season of the show will premiere in August.
