He admitted that the notion felt too much like breaking the fourth wall. “So, look, to me, we have thought about whether it be Meghan or any of the other cast members coming on and playing themselves as an actor,” Korsh told People. “I think for me that’s a little… My brain blows up at the thought of that.”
Korsh further explained that while it’s an intriguing idea, it could disrupt the immersion of the Suits universe. “I think it blows up the world too much,” he added. “Obviously, if Meghan wants to come back under any circumstances, Meghan can come back.” This statement, however, leaves the door open for Markle.
Harvey Specter’s Return In ‘Suits LA’
While a Meghan Markle cameo remains uncertain, ‘Suits LA’ has already confirmed at least one major guest appearance that will excite longtime fans. Gabriel Macht is set to reprise his role as Harvey Specter, hinting that the spin-off will pay homage to its roots while establishing its own identity.
