One of the most well-known and fantastic shounen anime is ‘Hunter X Hunter‘. The first release was in 1999, and the second was in 2011. The 2011 revision is a little bit more thorough. The anime is terrific because of its story and cast of characters, but viewers also appreciate the incredible fight scenes in this anime.
In addition to the amazing fight scenes, the ‘Hunter X Hunter‘ friendships are inspiring to people. The anime teaches the importance of companies in life and the ups and wons of each. How Did The Anime End?
After the end of the chimera ant arc, Gon was gravely injured. Killua had to return to his estate and get his sibling, Alluka. Alluka is possessed by an entity called Nanika which can grant any wishes. Killua also wanted to free his sibling from the confines of his family’s estate.
Therefore he brought Alluka to heal go and afterward he helped Gon meet his father. They went to the world together and Killua and Alluka parted ways with Gon. Fans wonder why Gon and Killua did not stay together after Gon met Ging, and here is the reason.
Why Gon And Killua Parted Ways
There are a few reasons for this. The first reason is that Killua staying and traveling with Gon was a temporary arrangement. Killua was supposed to stay with Gon until he found something interesting that he wanted to do. Killua wanted to travel the world with his sibling.
He also wanted to protect Alluka from his family as the Zoldycks were after them because they feared Alluka’s powers could be used against the family. Killua also developed an urge to travel and explore the new world. That was the first time he wanted to do something a Hunter does.
In addition to that, there was also the promise he made Bisky when they were fighting Knuckle and Shoot. He promised Bisky that he would leave Gon’s side if he lost the battle against Shhot and he lost that battle. Therefore he had to fulfill his promise to her.
After the fight with Pitou Gon was severely injured and after he was healed, he was unable to use nen. He would have been of no use to Killua had the Zoldycks come after them. He also could have been used as leverage. Gon also did not have anything he wanted to do as his only motive was to find Ging and he fulfilled that. Thus he returned to Whale Island and started catching up on his studies.
Although Gon and Killua parted ways, this is not the end of the most beautiful friendship in ‘Hunter X Hunter‘. They stay in touch with each other through text and calls and letters.
