Killua used to be an assassin when he was younger. Like all his siblings, Killua used to get paid for killing people and that is how he earned his allowance. Ever since he was young, Killua showed more potential as an assassin than any of his siblings. He was able to open a sixteen-tone door when he was twelve years of age.

Silva Zoldyck, his father, sent him to heavens arena when he was just six years old to test him. Heaven’s arena is one of the most brutal places where professional fighting takes place. Killua was told to return to the estate only when he managed to reach the 200th floor.

Killus used to be very skilled in assassinating people even when he was younger. He had left this profession in pursuit of becoming a Hunter as he got bored with it. He has shown interest in arresting his family. Thus Killua, one of the most important characters of Hunter X Hunter, used to be an assassin but has since left the profession indefinitely.
