‘Bleach‘ is one of the most popular animes of all time. It is considered to be a part of the big three which include bleach, Naruto, and One Piece. ‘Bleach‘ is a shonen anime and has a manga that goes by the same name which is written by Tite Kubo. The first chapter was released in 2001 and the last chapter was written in 2016. The manga got its anime adaptation in 2004.
One of the most infamous characters in ‘Bleach‘ is Orihime Inoue. She is one of the main characters of the anime and is a part of Ichigo’s team. She gets a lot of hate from the bleach fans. Let us find out why.
Who Is Orihime Inoue?
Orihime is a not-so-tall teenager in her adolescence. She has burnt orange hair that reaches her hips and brown eyes. Her slim yet curvy shape for a teenager, especially in terms of her enormous breasts, is her most striking physical characteristic. She wears hairpins that were gifted to her by her deceased brother and she only takes them off at night.
Orihime is self-reliant, gregarious, witty, upbeat, sensitive, compassionate, and kind. She comes to seem as innocent and somewhat ignorant, which contrasts with the exceptional grades she has received in school.
In particular, concerning Ichigo, Orihime has shown that she is sensitive to people’s mental and emotional states because she can detect what kind of driving force is moving someone. She too has feelings for Ichigo and eventually falls in love with him.
Why Do ‘Bleach’ Fans Hate Inoue?
Inoue Orihime despite being a primary and crucial character in ‘Bleach‘, gets a lot of hate from the fans. The main reason frot hat hate is that she supposedly came between Rukia and Ichigo. Some fans argue that Rukia and Ichigo should have ended up together and that their relationship would have been more natural. They feel like Inoue got in between the two characters and if it was not for her, they would have ended together. Some fans however are strictly against the Rukia and Ichigo ship and consider them just friends.
Another reason behind the massive hate for Inoue is that some fans find her useless. She says ‘Ichigo-kun’ quite a lot and doesn’t prove useful in battles. Fans say that she is obsessed with Ichigo and does nothing in a fight except yell his name. On the flip side some fans argue that if it wasn’t for Orihime, some of the most major characters would have died in Bleach, even Ichigo could not have defeated Ywach without Orihime’s help
These are the reasons why Orihime Inoue gets hate from ‘Bleach‘ fans. However, some fans wholeheartedly support her as well.
