Harvey And Mike Will Take Over The Golden Globes Stage On January 7
Gabriel Macht and Patrick J. Adams, the iconic duo that plays the characters of Harvey Specter and Michael Ross, are set to bring a small but significant reunion for their fans. But it would not be on the screens as one might expect. The duo will get together on stage as presenters at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards.
Though the hit show ended in 2019, it has registered a sudden spike in viewership on not one but two streaming platforms including Netflix and Peacock in 2023. So the mini-reunion that the two are bringing to the screen will surely excite fans who are behind the remarkable resurgence of the legal drama.
The Golden Globes are set to be held on January 7, where several other stars will join Macht and Adams as presenters. Some of these stars include Amanda Seyfried, Angela Bassett, George Lopez, Julia Garner, Justin Hartley, Michelle Yeoh, and Will Ferrell among others. While the main host of the awards will be comedian Jo Koy, more names for presenters shall be announced in the coming days as the Golden Globes night approaches.
While Macht and Adams will bring back the ‘Suits’ vibe to Golden Globes, some other cast members are set to appear on a panel at the 2024 ATX TV Festival in Austin to be held between May 30 and June 2. Creator Aaron Korsh and cast members Adams, Rafferty, and Dulé Hill are the confirmed names, with a possibility of some additional panelists to be announced.

‘Suits’ Has Gained Record-Breaking Popularity On Streaming Platforms In 2023
‘Suits’ has gone down in history as one of the superhit legal dramas which originally ran for nine seasons from 2011 to 2019. The show had a stellar cast including Rick Hoffman, Meghan Markle, Gina Torres, and Sarah Rafferty other than the two leads. It revolved around the complexities of legal cases as well as the personal lives of the people working at a high-end law firm in the US.
After the show ended, it also got a subsequent one-season spinoff ‘Pearson’, which apparently pushed ‘Suits’ to gain renewed popularity on streaming platforms. Records were broken as the viewership of the show surged significantly in 2023. It even dominated Nielsen’s streaming charts, which is quite an impressive feat, especially considering the Hollywood strikes that disrupted production.
To the viewers’ delight, the original creator of ‘Suits‘ Aaron Korsh has been confirmed to be collaborating with NBCUniversal on an untitled project set in the Suits universe. Though the project was confirmed to be in the making in mid-October, it is not yet clear whether it is a reboot or spinoff. The new series would likely have an entirely new cast, though a crossover could happen down the line.
Meanwhile, the original ‘Suits‘ duo can be caught on Golden Globes live on CBS and streaming on Paramount+ on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
