Brad Pitt And Jennifer Aniston’s Separation: International Heartbreak
Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt left the world heartbroken in 2005 when they got separated. It was the same year ‘Friends’ aired its 10th season and wrapped up the series. Aniston and Pitt wrote in a joint statement to People on January 7, 2005, “We would like to announce that after seven years together we have decided to formally separate. For those who follow these sorts of things, we would like to explain that our separation is not the result of any of the speculation reported by the tabloid media.”
In a new interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Jennifer revealed that she dealt with the post-breakup change by going to therapy. “Well, I got a divorce and went into therapy,” Aniston told Ellen during the last episode of her talk show. “And then I did a movie called ‘The Break-Up’. I just kinda leaned into the end. I just was like, ‘You know what, guys? Let’s make this a completely new chapter. Let’s just end everything and start new.’ It worked great.”

Are They Friends Now?
We have great news for this couple’s shippers. Seems like Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt are not only talking but are back to being friends again. In an interview with Howard Stern, Aniston shared that there was no awkwardness between them when they met and that they are on friendly terms. “We speak, and there’s no oddness at all, except for everyone that probably watched it and was wanting there to be, or assumed there to be,” Aniston revealed. “We had fun, and it was for a great cause.”
Let us all not forget the time when they both took part in the table read and had to reenact a scene where Aniston’s character catches Pitt’s character masturbating in the bathroom while fantasizing about her, and our jaw almost fell off from smiling that wide.
At least the stans can finally rest in peace knowing that their favorite couple is friends again.
