Armie Hammer is an American actor popularly known for roles in films like ‘The Social Network’, ‘Call Me by Your Name’, and ‘Death on the Nile’. Apparently, the 35-year-old star is in a huge financial crisis after his father and businessman Michael Armand Hammer cut off all relations with him and his family following his scandals.
Hammer was married to TV host and journalist Elizabeth Chambers. The former couple has two children – a 7-year-old daughter named Harper and a 5-year-old son named Ford. Apparently, to support his family, Hammer has picked up a job at a Caymans Island resort.

Armie Hammer Is In A Financial Mess
Recently, a source quoted by People shared details of Armie Hammer’s finances: “Armie Hammer is selling timeshares in the Cayman Islands for financial reasons. His dad won’t help him anymore and he’s been cut off, so he got to work.”
“Working in sales at Morritt’s Resort in Grand Cayman, he is currently selling timeshares because he needs the money,” the insider added.
The rumors began spreading more after the actor’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, said last week that a flyer making the rounds on social media depicting Hammer as a concierge at Morritt’s Resort was fake. Later, photos of the actor were shared, which showed him seated at a desk at the resort, wearing a polo shirt and holding a pen, who seemed to be speaking to individuals seated across from him.
The Actor’s Lawyer Defends Him For Having A “Normal Job”
According to Hammer’s lawyer Brettler, he “doesn’t know anything about” whether Hammer is selling timeshares but noted that if it’s true, “I think it’s s****y that the media seems to be shaming him for having a ‘normal job.'”
Earlier in 2021 when the actor was accused in several cases of cannibalistic and rape fantasies, his lawyer assured fans that he received treatment for drug, alcohol and sex issues, and after leaving the facility, was doing great.
