As he is ready to reprise his character in the upcoming film ‘Deadpool 3‘, the comeback as Wolverine will mark Jackman’s return to the role after the release of ‘Logan’ in 2017. The 55-year-old actor is making sure that his revival after almost half a decade counts and is keeping his fans amped up with his training updates. He recently gave a glance of it to his fans through Instagram.

Hugh Jackman Shares A Gym Video, Shows Off His Efforts For Upcoming Role
Hugh Jackman is set to hit the screens in ‘Deadpool 3‘ soon, and he is not taking it lightly. He is making sure that his character of an adamantium-clawed mutant will be flexing some mighty muscles on the big screen on July 26.
As the actor has been seemingly hitting the gym to prep for his role, his arms are as swollen as ever. And he is not shying away from showing them off. Jackman took to Instagram to showcase his intense workout routine, treating fans to a video of himself doing bicep curls in the gym.
In the caption of the video, the Emmy, Grammy, and Tony winner declared, “No days off — except for tomorrow,” adding the perfect emoji and hashtag combo stating “Becoming Wolverine Again“. To amp up the workout vibes, Jackman chose the perfect soundtrack for his video – ‘Rock and Roll‘ by The Glitter Band.
Jackman is seemingly fully committed to getting back into superhero shape, and fans can’t wait to see him all built up on the screen.

Jackman’s Portrayal Of Wolverine Will Cross A New Milestone In ‘Deadpool 3’
With this reprisal of Wolverine, Jackman would be returning to the role ‘Logan’ released in 2017. Talking about his remarkable journey as the iconic character, Jackman had expressed gratitude in a 2020 post. “Thank you for the many (and I really mean MANY) years of sweat, steamed chicken, and the role of a lifetime!” he had written in the caption of the post.
Jackman has played Wolverine for a span of 17 years, from 2000 to 2017. He had also made a memorable photo cameo in ‘Deadpool’ in 2016 and an archival-video cameo in ‘Deadpool 2′ in 2018. This time, he is again teaming up with ‘Deadpool’ star Ryan Reynolds.
Jackman officially announced his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in July 2023. With the much-anticipated release of ‘Deadpool 3‘, Jackman would take away the record of playing a Marvel character for an incredible 24 years.
