Beyonce Threatens To Sue Donald Trump Over Illegal Use Of Her Song ‘Freedom’ For His Campaign

After an elaborate fiasco that involved using Taylor Swift‘s AI generated images for his campaigns, Donald Trump is now facing the wrath of Beyonce, who is allegedly going to sue the ex President for unauthorised use of one of her songs.

As the November elections get nearer, Trump has found himself in a series of unauthorised instances for using music and images of celebrities without their consent. Here’s what Beyonce has to say about her music being used for Trump’s campaigns.

Donald Trump Might Get Sued Over Unauthorised Use Of Beyonce’s Song

Steven Cheung, a spokesman for Donald Trump’s campaign, shared a 13-second clip of the Republican nominee landing in Michigan on social media on Tuesday. Beyonce’s 2016 song ‘Freedom’ plays over the video , as many people pointed out if the singer is actually endorsing Trump.

A source close to Beyonce revealed to Rolling Stone that Trump did not actually have Beyonce’s permission to use the track. According to reports, she has threatened to send the Trump campaign a cease-and-desist letter for using her song without her consent.

The song also happens to be Vice President Kamala Harris’ official 2024 campaign song, for which Beyonce gave her full support.

After fans on social media continued to call out Donald Trump for using AI generated images of Taylor Swift to falsely claim that he had her support this elections, he has finally spoken up to defend himself, claiming that he has no hand in any of this.

“I don’t know anything about them other than somebody else generated them. I didn’t generate them,” said Trump. “These were all made up by other people.”

He then added that he himself is a victim of false AI campaigns as he said, “It’s happening with me too. They’re having me speak – I speak perfectly, absolutely perfectly – on AI, and I’m endorsing other products and things.”
