Travis Kelce’s victory at the Chiefs vs Bills game was not the only highlight of the match. Travis Kelce’s unexpected heart gesture after his first gesture melted several hearts. But it was his brother Jason Kelce who stole the show with the way he celebrated the win.
Travis Kelce’s cheering team during the match included Taylor Swift, his brother Jason, and sister-in-law Kylie sitting in the audience together. As soon as the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end scored his first touchdown he gestured a heart at the audience, while Jason took off his shirt and danced to celebrate the victory. While many including Taylor Swift found it to be a delightful gesture, Jason’s wife is not happy about it.

Jason Kelce Says He Did It Because “Taking Your Shirt Off Is A Buffalo Bills Thing”
Jason Kelce’s shirtless antic at Highmark Stadium during Sunday’s playoff game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills has the internet buzzing. While some are hailing it as legendary, his wife, Kylie Kelce, wasn’t as thrilled with the bold move. Jason Kelce opened up about the same on the latest episode of ‘New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce’.
The Kelce brothers were discussing the exciting game on the Wednesday episode of the podcast when they also brought up Jason’s shirtless move. Recounting his daring decision, Jason said he wanted to do what a typical Buffalo Bills fan would have done had the team won.
“I wanted to take everything off and be out there with the fans. I don’t know if I’m wrong in my head, but I feel like taking your shirt off is a Buffalo Bills thing, right?” he explained on the podcast, with Travis, 34, agreeing and wanting “the full experience,” Jason said on the podcast.
His wife Kylie was also seated next to him along with Travis Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift. Kylie’s reaction to her husband taking off his shirt was not so great. “I don’t think she was happy about it, to be honest with you,” adding that there were not enough cameras in the suite to capture her response.

Jason however clarified that he had given his wife a heads up about his plans to do so after they reached the match venue. “I’m not going to lie, I gave Kylie a heads-up. The moment we get into the suite I said, ‘I’m taking my shirt off and jumping out of that suite.’ And she said, ‘Jason don’t you dare…I’m not asking for permission. I’m doing this,‘” he recalled their conversation.
“Once a Kelce man’s determined, there’s no f—— stopping him,” Travis agreed with his brother.
Giving a reference to a history of his unconventional choices and carefree spirit, Jason defended his choice by recalling his first date with his wife. “Kylie, when I met you, the first day I met you I was black-out drunk and fell asleep at the bar. This is part of the charm. This is part of the Jason Kelce charm,” he explained, referring to his wife.
Travis said he only learned of the shirtless dance incident after the game, describing it as an “unforgettable moment”. “Dude, that picture is… I mean everybody’s saying put that thing in the Louvre. Honestly, I might get somebody to f——- make that portrait,” he joked.
While Kylie may not have loved her husband’s shirtless show, Taylor Swift loved it. “Your best first impression is the worst impression ever,” the tight end said. “Tay said she absolutely loved you,” he added.
He said the entire thing “felt like it was a scene out of Old School where Will Ferrell’s f——- running, ‘We’re going streaking!’”
